At Evolve Mode Training, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality services, programs, and products. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Workout & Nutrition Plans, Trackers)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us at support@evolvemodetraining.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
2. Services (Personal Training, Coaching, Classes)

Cancellations: Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Missed Sessions: No refunds are available for missed sessions without proper notice.

Packages/Programs: Prepaid packages and coaching programs are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.
3. Subscription Plans

All subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled by the customer.

Refunds are not issued for unused time after a billing cycle has started.

Customers may cancel anytime through their account dashboard to avoid future charges.
4. Physical Merchandise (Apparel, Supplements, Accessories)

Merchandise is fulfilled through third-party providers.

Refunds or exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

To request a return, email support@evolvemodetraining.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
