Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

   • You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or wellness program.

2. Services Provided

   • Evolve Mode Training provides fitness coaching, workout plans, nutrition guidance, and related content for educational and informational purposes only.

   • Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

3. Memberships, Subscriptions & Payments

   • All memberships and subscription plans auto-renew until cancelled by the customer.

   • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to renewal to avoid charges.

   • No refunds are provided for partially used periods, digital products, or missed sessions.

4. Use of Content

   • All materials, guides, PDFs, videos, and other resources are the property of Evolve Mode Training and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold.

5. Termination

   • Evolve Mode Training reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, inappropriate behavior*, or non-payment occurs.

 

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By participating in any program, class, consultation, or service with Evolve Mode Training, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Physical exercise, fitness training, and nutrition guidance carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, and other physical or mental health complications.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

• You release and discharge Evolve Mode Training, its trainers, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in programs, use of facilities, or reliance on provided information.

• You understand that Evolve Mode Training is not a medical provider and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider regarding medical conditions or before beginning a new program.
